Hi.

I appreciate a response finally. Not sure if you are part of the team at Royal Elementor Add ons. The reason I bumped is becuase I saw that people that posted much later then I did were recieving responses and I have been also sending them emails and haven’t recieved any response for days and days.

Additionally, it is my first time posting on this forum, so I had no clue that I couldn’t bump.

PROBLEM:

My website has been broken ever since the recent update. Firstly the menu menu wasn’t opening. The next day the website was down.

I told support that the plug in is causing the website to break. When the plug in is deactivated the site is semi functional, but I’m using elements from the plug in and don’t want to have to rebuild those elements with some thing else.

IMPORTANT OBSERVATION: I noticed heaps of others are having this same problem since their update and someone mentioned that there is a conflict with the plug in and Astra Theme which is what I used to build the site. THE REASON WHY YOU CAN ACCESS IT IS BECAUSE I HAVE SWITCHED THE THEME FOR NOW till the issue gets resolved.

The support team has unfortunately been negleting my requests, I have sent them all information they need. The least I expect is an email saying that they are dealing with a lot of requests and that they will get to it when they can.

This has been extremely frustrating as I have sent them many emails to get a response. If I switch back to Astra the site will be broken again but before the update it was functional.

Please do something about this. I would greatly appreciate it!
