Hello,

now they are all visible, in Audience section… I don’t know what happened… I made a new backup, just to be sure.

But all my translation is lost and no GDPR checkbox are visibile.

I’ll work to fix this problem.

I have 4.9.8 WP version.
I got the problem only when I installed GDPR plugin. If I disable this plugin, the editor works.

Thanks, but it doesn’t help me. As I wrote, I need to show a custom newsletter box. If it’s not possible to get an HTML form that works, I have to switch to another plugin.

Hi Aditya,

thanks for your reply. I’d like to use HTML because I put a message for subscribers and the privacy policy message with a link. Moreover, I created a design for the newsletter box, as you can see on the top right sidebar.
