I tried the above and it did not work for me. Perhaps OP gave up on this rather than actually found it ‘resolved’.
I was impatient. Sorry. After a couple days, it appeared. This probably occurred because it takes time for the hosting account to take over from the previous (sortof) hosting of my domain company.
Thanks for your quick reply! It sounds accurate. When I installed initially, it asked if I wanted to install over an existing file, and I am certain I said yes. Do you/anyone know how I would delete this existing page manually now?
