Thanks.
I was able to check the function.php and I discovered that the hosting agent did not add the code as I asked him. So, I added the code and it works now.But I have other changes I want to make please:
1) I want to reduce the height of the title box – the green area in the screenshot: https://snipboard.io/48EOtB.jpg
2) the hash before the order number, e.g. #4741
3) is there any way to get rid of one of the client addresses if they are the same? The same address appears twice as billing and shipping address at the bottom of the email.Thank you!

I added the code snippet correctly in the functions.php file, but the size hasn’t changed although I tried different font sizes. Then I used the plugin you suggested – again no change.
Anything else I can try, please?Thank you!

When I activate your plugin, I am no longer allowed to edit with Elementor any page because no page gets properly uploaded.
Maybe it is an incompatibility with Elementor plugin?

I cannot register because apparently I need to log in. When I try to log in, the email is unknown. I get stuck at the start.
