Actually I think I fixed it, I forgot about Really Simple CAPTCHA, that was enabled even though not being used.. I tured that off and rechecked and not seeing the captcha images loading now.

Figured it out, the problem was I was not setting the featured image… I did try that but was doing it from my gallery where the option wasnt present to set as featured image.
