It may well be because of sucuri, as all traffic is routed through sucuri. It seems to be causing 2 issues then, this error, and when in ‘paranoid’ mode ; ) the inability to send (or see) forms.

Can I ask is there a way to ‘whitelist’ forminator in sucuri, to prevent this from happening?
