Thanks for your response. Firstly I would be a little surprised if it didn’t work with Genesis theme as that’s pretty robust and used by many folk.

But I did switch to Twenty Fifteen too check and it still wasn’t working. It simply displayed text ‘Nothing Found’

Still puzzled why the page template is changing (displaying Primary Sidebar Widget) but not the Eventbrite page.
