I even tried – to NO avail – to change it manually on the DB.
Table wp_options,
key eb_paypal,
value within the array s:17:"eb_paypal_sandbox";s:3:"no";.
The result is that it un-checks the sandbox and ALSO removes the email address. So after I retype the email under settings and hit Save, it re-checks the sandbox.
