I don’t use WP Cron, but Cron from the server.
Perhaps that’s the reason, but all other schedules work fine.
Finally, from Cusrev, can you add html to the email so that it maintains the current style?

issue resolved. It turns out that there was a line on the home page that called nowhere. The strange thing is that until a few weeks ago this problem didn’t occur.
For those who suffer the same, check with WP Debug, and you will find the problem. For me, it was solved by an IT guy I’m lucky to know.

I have tried deactivating all the plugins except Woocommerce and Cusrev, changing the theme and it still does the same thing.
When I click on “Send” it still remains in a loop without finishing.
This way they also can’t receive the reward coupons for writing the review because there is no success in submitting the reviews.
What could be happening?
