I have the same issue
when I try [dimage url=” url-to-picture” control=true] it shows me image not found
url from the image https://www.my-copter-event.de/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/100_0004_20180705055854-1.jpg
I hav the same problem.
The checkbox is not clickable.
When I hover the the curosr over the checkbox the cursor will change to a hand.
Only when ich click on the text near the checkbox the box is checked
