I am having this same issue for the last couple of months. I did try to check the timezone but when I go to settings/general/ there is not option to view the Timezone. It just doesn’t exist in this location. However I have not touched the timezone ever, wherever it lives.
This started happening about a month ago. Sometimes it will fix after a while but mostly not and today it won’t resolve. Have you updated for this issue yet?
