Thanks Andrew, has read all the bits but as this is a custom theme it doesnt seem to matter where I put any CSS code… it just doesnt show!

I selected all the options you mentioned above, AFTER i put in the WOEID.
Soon as I selecetd enable weather i got the error and couldnt get in to site or admin.
I have now been able to edit the SQL database to reset the plugin settings and get everything working. As long as I dont enable the weather its all good!
