Try paste the shortcode [woo_file_dropzone_product_detail_page] into your product short description, this worked for me.

I am having the same problem, I upload a file, complete the checkout process (paypal sandbox test checkout) but there is no file in the admin section.
I have cleared cookies and cache, have tried IE and chrome. I have logged out of all accounts and made a new account to test the order but still it says: No Files Were Uploaded
When I upload the file and click send it shows the image preview, not sure what else to try?
