Update: I now get the desired result, by ticking “Always pack as single parcel” on all the parcels.

Not sure if this is the correct method.

I’ve managed to solve the issue. For anyone facing the same problem:

I’m not 100% sure if it’s related, but I was running the Newsletter task scheduler as a real cron. I switched it to MailPoet’s own script for a few minutes, and the message disappeared. Might be coincidence.
