The plugin is third-party, it is called ‘Vertical scroll recent post’ (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/vertical-scroll-recent-post/)

In reply to: [Plugin: WPtap Mobile Detector] Not redirecting sometimesI’ve had the same experience and in my case it was caused by cache manager plugins, I had to disable them for this to work 🙁
