Unfortunately Support is only open to report bugs if you have purchased Caldera forms. Same appears to be true of Caldera Forms support submenu which I can’t find without a link.
That said I think you have enough information posted here to test and find the bug. It would be great if you could publish the Github link somewhere for reporting bugs.
