    Oh wow! Thanks Katie.
    I found the cache clear button as per your instructions and it now works.
    I felt it had to be something like that, but only dimly understand how the whole system works. My apologies for being so thick.

    @kseaborn I’m not 100% sure I sufficiently understand the clearing of caches. I hit the CDN Cache | Purge Everything option and it did stuff, but didn’t fix the problem.

    I also deactivated every plugin but ZotPress and once again no luck. I know it had deactivated plugins because it was clear from the loaded page that they were inactive.

    What do you mean by a live page to share? I’m happy to provide access.

    Thanks @kseaborn for the quick response.

    I checked the quotes I have in the WP editor and it is the second of your two examples. I’d say cutting and pasting them to here is responsible for that change.

    A more telling point is that I have posts going back several years that have now stopped working since the update. I’m using Edge as a browser, but get the same result on my Android phone.

    Could it be a plugin incompatibility, although I haven’t added one for a long time? This is my current list of active plugins.
