I disabled all plugins other than your plugin and WooCommerce. I also set the theme to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme. I was using Divi but still had the same issue. Issues happens with the Twenty-Twenty Three theme as well.

If you take a look at the SHOP page at https://legendarygames.org/new-website/shop/ you’ll see I now have your plugin set to show 6 columns of products, but the 4 columns of images are much larger than the other columns of images.

I had to clear out the browser history, close Google Chrome, re-open it and now it is showing.
I also got it working from Safari (with popup blocker ON) by doing the same.
I think there was an issue with the a version of the website in the cache.. when the site had your plugin disabled.. so it wasn’t loading the plugin.

That screenshot you sent, is it from an iPhone or Android device?
It works if I view from my desktop browser in Inspect Mode > Mobile > iPhone 6/7/8
But does not work if I view from my iPhone.
Also your logic with saying the pop-up blocker needs to be turned off doesn’t make any sense.
If you check this other website https://myfitnesswebsite.com from mobile, with the pop-up blocker ON, FB Messenger does load correctly and I used the code directly from Facebook Website.
If I use your plugin on a WordPress site it still doesn’t show on an iPhone AND it shouldn’t require the pop-up blocked to be turned off.
If the code direct from Facebook doesn’t require the pop-up blocker to be turned off.. then why does your plugin require it to be Off?
Also the pop-up blocker is turned On as default for mobile browsers. Do you really think anyone is going to know to turn that off?

Yes WooCommerce is installed. This is a Live site at https://thedecorologist.com/ which has been working for years.
Here’s what I discovered:
When the Woocommerce My Download Shortcode plugin and the Divi Builder plugin are both activated it breaks the site when you try to edit a page with the my download shortcode on it such as the My Workshop Videos page.
This is what the My Workshop Videos page looks like when we try to edit it… if we disable one of those plugins https://1drv.ms/u/s!AhfEwk1YaASblaYtu5X0m7weZb9Q3g
It just shows the My Downloads short-code.
Seems to be some sort of conflict with your plugin and Divi Builder.
Any ideas how to fix?

this was from the support staff Elena from back in 2016…

I went back in and added the per_page= and put in different numbers in and it worked. And as I was crossing my fingers I put in =10… and it works fine! ”
Not sure how to make that change she was referring to.
So the issues seems to be the following… this is what I received back on 11/15/2016 when I was having the same issue…
