I appreciate it may have been a ‘small oversight’, but for a site user a very large problem, when your site goes down and you have no idea why, and everything you do to make a living is impacted. But thank you, I appreciate the response and putting the problem right.
I get that I shouldn’t have posted to someone else’s support thread. But now, with the problem solved, I’ve left a review and that’s wrong too? I don’t understand it. What is the point of the review section if negative reviews are removed?
