We have a popup and action bar on the homepage which no longer display.

We’re having the same issue and it doesn’t matter what page you put the shortcode on. It happened after the WordPress update to 4.5. We reverted to 4.4 and the Announcements reappeared. We are using the Divi theme.
I will update as and when I hear anything.
Infusionsoft are changing their SSL certificate today, and the plugin author will need to update the plugin. I have emailed Zack with the information I have received from Infusionsoft so hopefully will get a reply soon
