thanks for your outstanding work tracking down the error. The hosting team has searched for the error and there has been one today. I have pasted the code as a comment in pastebin. Please have a look and confirm It IS the request from the checkout so they can whitelist It. Thanks again!!

Thanks for looking at it. There are no woocommerce fatal errors logged:
The checkout works if your ip is in Spain, if you are outside you will get the loop or greyed payment methods in my usual theme. please see screenshot below:

I have followed your steps and it now works!
1 wc_export_cron_global wasnt in cron
2 deactivate and activate plugin
3 it sent the ones pending, and are now ready for tomorrowThanks a lot have a great weekend!!

I have removed /temp and created new with the only file: mkdir.
