Looks like update 2.2 have fixed the PHP warning message. I am closing down this ticket, thanks for the support.

Still not solution to this problem.
We are not experiencing the shopping calculator problem as @gotsnow reported, but we have found out that the orders are not going all the way trough to Printify website, so are feeding the orders manually, now.
