I am also experiencing similar problem. Users that are normally enrolled and undertaking courses will all of a sudden lose their right to complete their lessons. and when you check the overview, they are no longer enrolled.
This is happening on a significant rate. I ve had over 15 complaints now……and all i can do is manually add them back, but that is not sustainable. So, pls any expert fix or solution is so much welcome……..
