So this and another strange thing, we usually release it because the logs contain password errors or 404 requests, but for this type of person, nothing is being recorded in the logs and the person is blocked without having any record of it.
Still among these people, we have a student who is always blocked every time her IP changes because it is dynamic, and the logs do not register this block, which is exactly what is happening with more people.

I continued testing here and I had no more contact with customers complaining about not being able to buy in any scenario, now everything seems to be running fine as before, today an update of CleanTalk’s Anti-Spam came out, but I’m going to leave it as it is to avoid having more problems forward again.

I made the following change in the settings, we used the CleanTalk Anti-Spam plugin, it has an option to make checks in the checkout form of the system, I think that was what was disturbing everything, it has the following options:
WooCommerce checkout form On Off
Anti-Spam test for WooCommerce checkout form.
Spam test for registration during checkout On OffEnable Anti-Spam test for registration process which during woocommerce’s checkout.
After I left both off, I also did a test and it passed normally, I’ll be monitoring it throughout today and tomorrow to see if this was really the problem and I’ll post an update here.

The problem is really about 1 of the payment plugins, as soon as I deactivate the buttons they appear normal again.
The plugin in question is EBANX Local Payment Gateway for WooCommerce.
They are leaving the Brazilian market and we are waiting, I think, for the end of this month to be able to remove it and Juno, which are the same companies, I think it works until the 30th, but it has already started to show defects.

I did the test you suggested and when I use the default theme the add to list button appears, I’m using the buddyboss theme with use of learndash for courses, is there anything I can do to get around this and make the plugin functional again?

I’m sorry about the problems with that product, I had to deactivate it and sorry for the response time, I also had to find some alternative ways, but I already put it back in a test product to highlight the problem suffered, when we chose a variation without stock or the form nor does the save up button appear to put the product on the waiting list.

Based on what you answered I started to do a test series and when I said that the document field should disappear, I already saw that it was not something from woocommerce.
I found out that whoever was inserting this field was the ebanx payment plugin, I changed some settings in it and the field is no longer displayed, thank you very much for the tip, I am very grateful.Hello CodeWooGeek team
Thank you very much for the answer, so what is happening and that I have two attributes that contain 3 mentors to be selected, and I have 9 variations that correspond to 3 each attribute, each variation has its stock and 1 of these has been completely sold and sold out, when I select the variation that sold out, the add to waiting list button or form does not appear, but if it is a simple product, just opening the page it already shows the form to add the waiting list. I tested with box modal and direct form but the option does not appear for variavies products, I use the buddyboss theme that is focused on using learndash online course platforms.
