I was able to create a new filebird folder and when uploading I can see the folder structure under the select folder pulldown list.

So the folders are there (confirmed with the CSV and this view) just not showing on the main Media page.

Note that this is only on the main (production) WP site. I have checked my testing site and the filebird folder structure is still visible in Media
