Hi,

I use the sales rep email from creating new wordpress user as an author.
when I set the option to “User Entered” it also require for sales rep form.

for second issue, thanks for the help, I forgot change my url,
when I used the correct URL, it works fine.

Hi,

Yep I included those shortcodes in the body of an email which in “Emails” tab.
The result for [order-email] just display actual shortcode,
and for [order-notes] it just blank.

any idea whats going on there?
I need that data to be send in the email
