I have the same problem, since they made one of the plugin updates, the email notifications stopped coming, it is not the first one I read the same problem to without a solution.
I have made sure that my email server is in order and my wordpress, but I think it is a plugin problem, curious that since they updated a few months ago it stopped working overnight.
I have entered the forum but I do not see new news about it 🙁
