We have configured our test environment using the same parameters (origin/destination, weight, and package dimensions), but we were not able to reproduce the issue you reported. Based on this, it is likely related to your shop configuration or potentially the product/package data being sent at checkout (e.g. dimensions or weight not matching supported criteria).
Unfortunately, we are not able to further investigate this without access to your configuration (such as API credentials), which cannot be shared via the forum.
As a next step, we kindly recommend reaching out directly to the Packlink support team at [email protected] and including a link to this forum topic for proper handover. They will be able to create a ticket, and we will continue the investigation with the appropriate level of access.
As we are unable to proceed further on our side, we will now move forward with closing this topic on the forum.

Regarding the initial issue reported, we were not able to reproduce this behavior on our side. In our tests, Mondial Relay services can be activated and displayed as expected, even using the Parabola 2.4.3 theme you’ve given us.
To continue the investigation, we would need a bit more information about the current checkout configuration, in particular:
- Origin country and postal code
- Destination country and postal code used for testing
- Package weight and product details in the cart
The availability of Mondial Relay services depends on these cart parameters, so if any of them do not match the service requirements, the method may not appear at checkout.
Once we have these details, we can proceed with a more targeted analysis.

Thank you for your message.
Using the theme you mentioned in your previous comment (Parabola 2.4.3), we were able to reproduce some issues on our side. For example, the Mondial Relay logo is not displayed (in fact, no carrier logos are displayed), although the pickup point selection is still available.
Additionally, we have identified some errors during our testing, which we are currently analyzing. At this stage, it appears that this could be related to a third-party theme incompatibility, but we would like to complete our investigation before making a final conclusion.
We will get back to you as soon as we have more information.
