From other similar posts I looked at, I assume the response below pertains to my problem. Is there any instructions or guide as to how to do what is being recommended?
“Are you able and willing to log in to the server and perhaps get that file created ahead of time? This could be done via FTP, or perhaps any sort of File Manager area via your hosting provider. The error there indicates that the server wasn’t able to create the log file ahead of time to write any encountered errors to.”
