  • Me too had a same problem and downgrading to the version 6.76 worked. So it is clearly not internet connectivity problem.

    Thank you for the reply.

You are correct and I did the same even earlier.
Before that, I was using save contact form plugin which was working fine. Depends on the number of rows in the table formed using that form, i am generating an auto increment number for my form.

But, by the time I have installed cfdb, the form data are not saved in the same table which was created by save contact form and I could not find the table which was created by cfdb in the database too.

The problem with the cfdb is if i want to edit the data, I need to purchase the plugin and so I could not add any data manually.

Now I want to set all as it was in the earlier. That, i dont want to use the cfdb and I want to settle down with save contact form only.

    How to do that??

Could any one help me out??

PS: for a check I have uninstalled cfdb completely(deleted the plugin files in the database), and reinstalled it. The form data are there still alive and I could see in the administrative area. What does it mean? Didnt I uninstall properly??

Recently I have removed that plugin

Did you work with the child theme?

If you have made changes in the original theme, then unfortunately your changes will disappear when your themes gets updated.
