I was not allowed to do configuration myself in Plesk, but they could do the job for me and it’s working now.
Had some issues with ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS caused in combination with other redirection plugins und custom permalink plugins. The plugins are now deactivated and I use custom rewrite rules in functions.php for the permalinks instead of the custom permalink plugins. Works all fine now.

Yes, thank you. Just want to know if the frame redirection is wrong so I could go back to Hosting support.
The problem is that I can’t use both email adresses anymore when choosing alias.
