It looks like ABC no longer supports PHP 5.3 and below. Line 23 in abc-core.php is now using [] instead of array() to declare an array.

I recommend downgrading to ABC 4.3 until the issue is resolved.
I also encountered this problem. I had to manually delete wp-contents/plugins/yop-polls folder to regain access to my admin dashboard.
