I’m in the same position, and the extraction tool would be fine for me except the OSX version currently has a stack overflow error going on. My hosting is supported, I’ve been through every part of the sticky, and at very least I need to be able to extract the contents of the backup. Are there any updates coming soon? Older versions I can download/install?
