To the Jetpack team: If you’re going to come up with a feature that prevents brute force attacks, at least make sure it actually works! When you detect a particular IP logging in repeatedly, does it not occur to you that this user is the admin!?
A simple email notifying me about it could solve so much. But no, you just straight out block me from accessing my own site.
And to add on, how does this plugin even determine what is a brute force attack? I login at most 2-3 times a day, and somehow the plugin determines this is a brute force attack?
