No problem. At least now I know how to fix it!
Thanks for the quick reply.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Does W3TC correct IP address information for comments?Yes, W3TC should take care of this for you. The easy way to check is to see what’s happening at the WP comment level. Are you seeing our IPs or the ones of your visitors?
Perfect. Thank you!
Actually CloudFlare’s the one who requires that :/ Or rather it’s a DNS RFC thing.
Boo to DNS RFC. Yeah to you being helpful. 🙂

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Does W3TC correct IP address information for comments?I actually signed up with CloudFlare through CloudFlare’s site because I didn’t like that DreamHost requires “www” to be added to domains.
So that’s why I was wondering if W3TC does the job the CloudFlare plugin did and corrects those IP addresses?
I did contact CloudFlare support to ask that question and they couldn’t give me a solid yes or no answer. So they told me to contact someone at W3TC to be certain.
I’m going to take your suggestion about leaving myself a comment and checking to see if the IP actually matches me – simple enough test. Thanks!
