In reply to: [WooCommerce] FinallyLike you normally say…this is not the place to discuss the problem, right? Just give opinion on the plugin. To try to resolve the problem I have created a ticket and I got an e-mail saying only paying members can get help…which kidda makes sense now…you launch an horrible update that you KNOW will get many people desperate for help then you say you can save them if they become paying members…makes sense.

My theme was updated just a few days ago (Bazaar), I don’t have any issues with 3rd party plugins and I don’t rely on my site for income but that does not mean I don’t care. The only thing you got right was that I was referring to 2.1 which is not that hard to guess…
I have read many of your respnses and you treat potential customers like they will never be customers. Like all of your customers came from some dimension where they are already your customers…you show no respect for people and don’t really make an effort to be kind and understand what they tell you.
Look, you may know something about creating plugins and stuff like that but you know absolutely NOTHING about dealing with people and complaints. Just let someone else do this for you and focus on what you are good at.
