No the message didn’t change.
It is not any particular plugin. I can deactivate and remove any plugin and then install and activate a different one and then I try to re-install the original or different plugin and I get the message.
I’ve tried various combination’s and file sizes and it’s as if it will only handle a certain number of plugins.
Having the same issue.
I can’t access the plugins page but I have tried removing plugins to free up memory but all that seems to happen is the error changes lines in kses.php file.
