I’m sorry for the inconvenience! When the “HTTP Status 500” error appears by clicking the chat button it’s mostly a problem with the subdomain. In one of the first emails we send you a subdomain. Could you check if you have used the correct subdomain in the Casengo Plugin? You’ve choosen this subdomain during the sign up process.
I hope this will work for you, if not just click http://support.casengo.com/vip/?lang=en_US and start a chat with our Support!

With Casengo we use http://www.gravatar.com to add a logo to your agents. Just login with the same mail address as you use with Casengo and upload a picture to Gravatar. This will be showed in the Casengo app and you can differ this per agent.
