I got in touched with the web host already and unfortunately, they cannot enable HTTP outgoing connections for clients with free hosting plans.

That’s a pity but anyway, at the moment, I don’t want to invest in anything yet since I’m just feeling my way around web development and that’s even the reason I chose WordPress so it will be easier without any knowledge of coding, etc. I’ll just try again with other free web hosting sites, and hopefully, I can find one that I will not have any issues with.
