Thanks! I’ll try this route. On this particular project I don’t have access to cPanel (most projects I use my own server) but will contact the techs and see if they can get me the file/folder. I am looking for a full dump so this would be great. Since I’m going in blind, can you tell me if the database name is obvious – e.g. wpbooklist – and if not, what should I be looking for?
