In reply to: No option to add password on new usersI was able to login using the third admin’s credentials. However, there is not an option for me to change my password… See the screenshot below. We are currently running WordPress 3.5.1 Could this be the issue on why the option to create a new password isn’t showing up? I’ve tried clearing my cache and deleting my cookies..

The only other admin doesn’t know their password…. I don’t think I have access to the database via phpMyAdmin… Any other ideas?Also, how could my bosses password get changed when I changed my password?

I have seen that. I tried to go with the first option with the Admin panel, but the two boxes for password and confirm password aren’t there….Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: No option to add password on new usersThe site is part of our Intranet, so you won’t be able to view it externally. The only other user is also an administrator.

In reply to: No option to add password on new usersYes I was able to delete my user. We are both admins to the account. Also, I went through the WordPress website to change my password (emailed me a new password) and I tried to login that way with no luck. And now my boss can’t login to the site…
What is going on??

In reply to: Error establishing a database connectionFixed! There was some bug with rackspace hosting and the permissions were set for login but not access to the database.
