I hope you don’t mind we took some proactive steps and checked your CDN configuration. One potential issue could be that your CDN configuration uses Cloudflare’s IP as its origin, so depending on security features you have enabled on Cloudflare, their firewall may be denying access from our IP ranges.
To make sure this won’t be happening, you can:
-Whitelist our IP blocks in their firewall (you can also allow our traffic based on AS numbers, AS54104 and AS64259)
-Change the Origin IP in our settings to your actual hosting server address. Keep in mind this won’t expose it anywhere, except in our Control panel.
