Hi,
This is a common issue that tells you that one or more database credentials are incorrect or the database server is unreachable.
Mostly the problem can be solved by checking the database name, database user, password, host and prefix in the wp-config.php file and make sure these credentials are correct.
If you have any doubts, ask you’re host for the correct credentials or you can find them in you’re control panel.
