At this point I need help from the SiteGround team for their plugin.
UPDATE – The developers for the Content Control logged into my site and discovered the issue was being caused by the SiteGround Security Plugin. When the SiteGround Security plugin is disabled, the Content Control plugin works as expected and redirects users to a login page for restricted content. When the Siteground Security plugin is re-enabled, the Content Control plugin is unable to redirect users to a login page to view the restricted content.
I do not have a custom login page. My other site where Content Control is working as expected does have a custom login page.
The page I’m testing with is at https://dev.bakerlabs.com/sample-page/ . IF you try yo access you get an error. If you search for it, you can find it. The rules below were created for that page. I’m using another plugin named Document Library Lite on this site vs. the working site. When I deactivate the plugin the problem still exists so I don’t think it is related.
I’ve added URLs to screenshots below. Not sure why they are not visible.

SureCart team has been troubleshooting on my site for a couple days. Elementor issue occurred when no SureCart form was published. Publishing a SureCart form reoslved the issue. Fix pending.

Working as expected now. I just turned off automatic updates for most of my plugins
How to disable automatic WordPress plugin updates
1. In your WordPress dashboard, go to – Plugins >> Installed Plugins
2. Select the plugins that you don’t want to auto-update.
3. Select “ Disable Auto-updates ” from the drop-down. Then click on the “ Apply ” button to finish the task.Forum: Plugins
