i have isolated the error.
whenever we have line with – “open : ” it gives JSON error.
example: this line ” open : open science and open access” will throw json error however “open – open science and open access” won’t. editor doesn’t let us save if we have ‘ open : ‘
this error is for all users.

- we have already asked affected user to clear cache and use different browser. it didn’t help
- trying to determine which plugin might be conflicting with user
- user has editor permissions
- issue is with multiple posts. User tried to update multiple posts and create new multiple posts. it didn’t work
