Hi @websitecreationworkshop I just released version 7.1.1 to fix this.
Thanks for the heads up!
Thanks @websitecreationworkshop
Not sure when or why this is happening. I’ll take a look and get a fix out.Hi @jupa8
Sorry for the late reply… The container (transition_container) was removed in a previous version of the plugin.Unfortunately, it can’t be added either as it was completely removed.
Also, thank you @edrflynn for your kind words 🙂
Quick update. ALM 7.8.3 was just released includes a fallback to create missing templates on the fly. This feature is actually a big win for the plugin overall. Hope this fixes any issues with GoDaddy.

Just added a hotfix release. Hope this resolves the issues
I’ve reverted this fix as it broke sites on PHP 7.0
Sorry about this and thank you for posting the actual debug error.
getting a fix out first thing this morning.Hi @garymgordon I’ve seen this issue before but can’t remember the cause.
Other plugins are updating fine?
Sorry @rafnexx This issue slipped my mind.
Do you menu Appearance > Menus in the admin?
If so, I can’t replicate this.Either way, I’ve added your fix to the next release… likely tomorrow.
I’m leaning towards a solution where I simply rebuild the template if it’s missing from the filesystem.
Stay tuned for a fix early next week.
Hi @edrflynn

I confirmed with GoDaddy support.
“The uploads directory is automatically scanned for security threats, and PHP files (including HTML with PHP) are removed because they can be potential security risks if uploaded by users. This is a security feature of Managed WordPress Hosting to protect your site from malicious code.”
I have a few ideas, but I need to sort this out before I can update the plugin.
In the meantime, you’ll need to look at the link I posted or use the Theme Templates feature of Templates addon.

Hi @homiehomes,
other users are reporting this as well. I’m trying to get help from GoDaddy support. I’ll post back here when I get a solution.
In the meantime, you can try this method for templates if you like.
