My web hosting is the same from sevral years and I use WPForms also in other website. But certainly the first time with dropdown list (!)
So I will try your suggestion later, I used multiple choice box.Thank you for all.

I did a test disabling non-essential extensions and it didn’t change anything.I find another way using multiple choice box.

That’s it exactly. If I try to use Dropdown list, when saving the form, an error message appears, it is impossible to use this functionality. Either on its own in a new form, or from an existing template on WPForms.
