You’re making a lot of assumptions/excuses.
Bottom line: For anyone looking for a simple (dare I say “easy”) table of content plugin that won’t affect page speeds, go with an alternative.
All of which should be optional. Most site owners don’t need page location cookies for their users.

It seems like that should work, but for some reason that code only returned 5 results, and they weren’t the top rated ones (or most rated), but instead are the 5 most recent posts.
Any idea why?
