Despite knowing nothing about this, I eventually managed to sort it using a child theme – I think I’ll go and have a lie-down now!
This seems to be a common problem.
Knowing nothing about using child themes, is there a way to remove the avatar without using them?
Also – is it possible to make the coloured header narrower, so that it takes up less vertical space?
Otherwise, I love this theme!
