Could you share with me how you were able to move the title of the product category below the image. I would appreciate the help. My theme is Astra.

I figured it out. It was my error. I had the page set to full width. When I changed it to Default the sidebar showed up on the shop page. I cannot believe I missed something so obvious. It still does not show up when a product category is selected but I can live with that.

If you select the link I supplied you will be brought to the shop page, there is no side bar. Select the product category and the products, still not side bar. Then select the product and the sidebar shows up. I would like the sidebar to show up on all the pages.
